Cancellation Policy

We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. Guest may not be more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, if so the appointment will have to be rescheduled. Cancellations of all salon & spa services require a 24-hour notice. A no call – no show to an appointment will result in being charged 100% of your service amount. Cancelling with less than 24 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 50% of your service amount. We thank you for being considerate of our stylists’ time as we are yours’.
