MISTY SHUMAN ARNOLD
Master Cosmetologist/Owner/National Educator JPMS
Misty is the owner of 67 Styles. She graduated cosmetology school from OTC in 2006 and is a proud National Educator of John Paul Mitchell Systems. She has extensive training in precision cutting, color, block color, formal styling, makeup application and waxing. She strongly believes in continuing education as a National Educator and travels through Georgia teaching at both salons and in schools.
JASON SAPP
Master Cosmetologist/National Educator JPMS
Jason has been a licensed master cosmetologist since 2009 and joined the team in 2013. He has a degree in Fashion Merchandising from UGA and is also a certified National Educator of John Paul Mitchell Systems. Jason specializes in hair color and men’s hair cutting. He has been featured in magazines such as: Modern Salon, BLVD Magazine, (&)Ampersand Magazine, Athens Magazine, The Little Red Book and South Magazine.
SARAH SCOTT
Master Cosmetologist
Sarah graduated from OTC and has been a licensed master cosmetologist since 2005. She enjoys keeping up with the current styles and techniques by taking John Paul Mitchell Systems classes. Sarah specializes in custom color, cutting techniques, formal styling and Brazilian Blowouts. She and her husband Josh have three beautiful children: Fisher, Miles and Murphy.
EMILY BLANCHETT NEW
Master Cosmetologist
Emily is a master cosmetologist from Statesboro, Ga. She has been licensed since 2018 and has been part of the 67 Styles team since 2020. She enjoys coloring, cutting and body waxing. Emily’s favorite services to perform are lightening services – anything from highlights to balayage. She married her husband, Caleb, in 2020.
AIREN TOMPKINS PERKINS
Lash Artist/Licensed Esthetician
Airen is a Licensed Esthetician from Statesboro, GA. She has been licensed since 2020 and joined our team in 2022. She specializes in natural lash extensions and results oriented skin care. When she’s not at the salon she enjoys spending time with her husband, Garrett.
KATELYN YATES
Salon Coordinator
Katelyn is one of the first faces you see when you come into the salon and the voice you hear on the phone. She joined our team in 2020. She married her husband Leon in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
CAROLINE OATES
Master Cosmetologist
Caroline is currently attending Ogeechee Technical College to obtain her Master Cosmetologist License. She joined our team in 2021. She is originally from Savannah and moved to Statesboro in 2019. She enjoys learning and perfecting new color and cutting techniques. When Caroline is not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her family and three cats.
MELANIE SILVESTRI
Master Cosmetologist
Melanie has been a Master Cosmetologist for 14 years. She is originally from California, and moved to Statesboro in 2022. She specializes in hand-tied extensions as well as corrective color. She has advanced education in blonding, creative color, and custom haircuts.
